How to order
Wholesale Direct is for registered businesses buying products to resell or use commercially.
Complete the short account registration form. We will confirm when the account is ready.
Place an order
Sign in and find products by category
or search.
Each product page shows the price, pack
size, availability and minimum quantity.
Choose the quantity, add the products to the basket, check the
order and delivery details, then accept the terms and place the order.
An order confirmation is sent by email.
Payment
A payment request follows once the order is
received. Once paid, the VAT invoice will be sent and the order prepared.
Payment before delivery is required unless credit terms are agreed.
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over £100 to
mainland UK.
For orders of £100 or less, delivery charge may apply and will be shown before the order is placed.
Order updates
Updates will be sent by email, followed by tracking details when the order leaves Stamford London.
